Return & Exchange Policy
At BrainFood, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, we offer a simple process to resolve them. Please read our policy below:
Returns:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
To process a return, you will need to provide photos or videos of the damage as proof.
Refunds
When your refund is approved for a damaged or defective or incorrect item, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Important Note:
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Exchanges:
Currently, We don’t offer exchanges for any products. Also we cannot accept exchanges for products bought during promotions or for buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will review your case within 1-3 working days.
